At this time we are extra careful with returns and exchanges. Packages that have been opened do not qualify for a return or exchange. We sell childrens’ bedding and want to assure you the duvet cover you receive has never been opened or used on someone else’s bed. Please use the images on our packaging as your reference. We assure you what’s inside is exactly that!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return subject to the following conditions:
- Your product must be unopened and in the original packaging. For the health and safety of all our customers we do not accept returns of opened bedding at this time. We want to make sure no one gets a product that’s been on someone else’s bed.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
- Please include a print-out of your order confirmation.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer.
- SALE items are considered Final Sales as stated on the product page.
- Your refund will be issued within two business days after we receive the product
